Our Land Acquisition Criteria

We consider a wide range of land types and locations. Here's what typically qualifies for our development pipeline.

Prime Locations

Plots in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, and other high-growth Maharashtra corridors with good road connectivity and infrastructure.

Plot Size

Minimum 2,000 sq.ft for redevelopment projects; larger plots of 10,000 sq.ft and above preferred for fresh residential or mixed-use development.

Clear Title

Lands with clear, dispute-free titles and marketable ownership are given highest priority. Litigation-free properties close faster.

Residential Zoning

Plots zoned residential (R1/R2), mixed use, or those with potential for zone conversion under the Development Control Regulations.

Road Access

Minimum 9-metre road frontage preferred for residential projects; wider roads required for larger commercial or mixed-use developments.

Redevelopment

Existing old structures, chawls, or dilapidated buildings eligible for redevelopment under SRA, cluster, or self-redevelopment schemes.
